Pressed Flower Art

$52 per person | Ages 8+

  • Arrange dried pressed flowers and greenery to create a beautiful, framed piece of art. We’ll guide you in designing a one-of-a-kind design that reflects your personal style. Your finished artwork will bring a natural sense of elegance to any space you choose to display it in.

Charm + Bead Bar

$55 per person | Ages 10+

  • Design and assemble your own custom charm bracelet or necklace. Our thoughtfully curated selection of charms offers a range of styles—from fun and bold to classic and timeless to minimal and delicate—so you can create a piece that feels uniquely yours. You’ll also have the option to add seed beads for extra color and fun layering.

What Makes Our Art Parties Unique?

Our art parties are designed to be adaptable to all skill levels. We’re able to offer resources and tailored support to guests of varying ages and experience.

We value giving our guests the confidence to not just make art but to make art that’s unique to them. Your art should reflect you, not anyone else!

What Every Art Party Includes:

  • 30 minute setup, 2 hour art party, and 30 minute cleanup (3 hours total)

  • All art materials

  • Aprons and table coverings to borrow

  • Group instruction and individual support as needed

What You’ll Need to Provide:

  • The venue, home, office, or space for the event

  • Tables and chairs

  • Groups with participants under 18 years old must have at least one supervising adult present for the entire art party.

  • Food and drinks (optional)

Payment Options

We understand that not all parties are alike. Our two different payment options are designed to give you flexibility so that you can choose what works best for your party’s needs. All parties have an 8-guest minimum.

Option 1: Host-Paid Party

This option is perfect for:

  • Birthday parties & celebrations

  • Team-building events

  • Any event where you’d like to treat your guests

How it works:

  1. You complete the online booking form and pay to secure your party date at least 2 weeks in advance.

  2. If you need to add more participants, simply contact us at hello@sparkhavenstudio.com. All additions must be paid for at least 10 days prior to your event.

Option 2: Guest-Paid Party

This option is perfect for:

  • Friend hangouts

  • Community events

  • Open-invite style gatherings

How it works:

  1. You complete the online booking form at least 3 weeks in advance.

  2. We email you a registration link to share with your guests.

  3. Guests register and pay for their own spot by the deadline (10 days before the party). A minimum of 8 paid spots is required to secure your party booking.

Payment Options FAQ

  • Yes - our minimum is 8 guests. We will gladly hold a party for smaller groups, but host-paid parties will still be charged the rate for 8 participants. For guest-paid parties, it is up to the host to cover or find someone else to cover any remaining spots to meet the minimum of 8 paid spots.

  • At this time, we do not offer payment plans. For host-paid parties, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your party date. For guest-paid parties, the minimum of 8 paid spots must be met by the deadline (10 days before the party) to secure your booking.

  • Guest registration closes after the deadline stated on your registration link (10 days before the party).

    Due to supply preparation, we are unable to extend the registration period or add guests after the deadline.

  • If the minimum of 8 paid spots is not met by the registration deadline, the host will be notified by email and given 48 hours to ensure the remaining spots are paid for. The host may cover the rest themselves, have attending guests cover or split costs, or invite new guests to register.

    If the minimum is still not met after this period, the event will be canceled and all registered guests will receive a full refund.

  • Your host should have sent you a registration link. Choose how many participant spots you are paying for under “Quantity.” During the registration process, you’ll also complete the required waiver (can also be done at sparkhavenstudio.com/waiver).

  • Refunds for payments vary between host-paid and guest-paid parties.

    Host-Paid: If the host cancels 10+ days before the event, the host may be eligible for a refund, reschedule, or credit depending on the situation. Participant spots cannot be refunded individually.

    Guest-Paid: Individual registrations are final sale and nonrefundable. However, guests may transfer their spot to another eligible attendee who completes a waiver. If the host cancels, guests will receive a full refund.
