Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Refund Policy

Host Cancellations

  • 10+ days: Cancellations made 10 or more days before the event are eligible for one of the following: rescheduling, credit toward a future booking, or a full refund of payments made.

  • Less than 10 days: Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event are not eligible for a refund due to advance preparation of materials. One of the following options is available: rescheduling or credit toward a future booking.

  • Less than 24 hours: No refunds or credits are available. Rescheduling may be accommodated if possible. Exceptions for illness or emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If a booking is canceled before a scheduled future payment is due, that future payment will not be charged. Refunds, when applicable, apply only to payments already made toward the booking.

Operator Cancellations

If Spark Haven Studio cancels the event due to weather, operator illness, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, the host may choose between rescheduling, credit toward a future booking, or a full refund of payments made.

Spark Haven Studio also reserves the right to refuse or cancel service due to illegal, inappropriate, or other circumstances that prevent us from safely providing our services. If Spark Haven Studio cancels a booking for these reasons, all payments made toward the booking will be fully refunded.

Rescheduling, Credits, & Other Changes

  • One complimentary reschedule is included per booking. Additional reschedules may be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to a rescheduling fee, generally ranging from $25–$75 depending on notice and circumstances.

  • Credits are issued for the amount paid and may be applied toward a future booking.

  • Rescheduled events must occur or credits must be used within 6 months of the original event date.

  • Participant spots can be added up to 10 days before the event, subject to availability and space. Additional participants will be charged at the applicable per-person rate. Participant spots cannot be reduced for a refund or credit.
