Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Refund Policy
For Host-Paid Parties:

Host Cancellations
10+ days: Cancellations made 10 or more days before the event are eligible for one of the following: one-time reschedule, credit for use towards a future booking, or a full refund.
Less than 10 days: Cancellations are not eligible for a refund due to advance preparation of materials. One of the following options is available: one-time reschedule, or credit for use towards a future booking.
Less than 24 hours: No rescheduling, credits, or refunds are available. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Operator Cancellations
Weather and safety-related cancellations are determined at the discretion of Spark Haven Studio. If Spark Haven Studio cancels the event due to weather, operator illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, the host may choose between a one-time reschedule, credit for use towards a future booking, or a full refund.
Rescheduling, Credits, & Other Changes
Only one free reschedule is allowed per original booking. Additional changes require a new booking.
Credits are issued for the amount paid and may be applied toward a future booking.
Rescheduled events must occur or credits must be used within 6 months of the original event date.
Participant spots can be added up to 10 days before the event, subject to availability and space, but cannot be reduced for a refund or credits.
For Guest-Paid Parties:

Guest Cancellations & Transfers
Individual registrations are final sale and nonrefundable. Guests who are unable to attend after registering may transfer their paid spot to another guest who meets the age requirement and completes a waiver at sparkhavenstudio.com/waiver.
Registered guests are eligible for a refund only if the event is rescheduled by the host and they are unable to attend the new date.
Host Cancellations
10+ days: The host may reschedule with registered guests transferred to the new date. If the host does not reschedule, registered guests will receive a full refund.
Less than 10 days: Rescheduling is not available. Registered guests will receive a full refund. If the host submits a new booking, guests must re-register for the new date.
Operator Cancellations
Weather and safety-related cancellations are determined at the discretion of Spark Haven Studio. If Spark Haven Studio cancels the event due to weather, operator illness, the minimum of 8 paid spots not being met, or other unforeseen circumstances, the host may choose a one-time reschedule, or all registered guests will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling
Only one free reschedule is allowed per original booking. Additional changes require a new booking.
Rescheduled events must occur within 6 months of the original event date.
