All event addresses are reviewed after booking to confirm service area and travel eligibility.

• Standard Service Area: No travel fee.

• Extended Service Area: A travel fee applies. For host-paid parties, this is included at the time of booking. For guest-paid parties, it is split among guests and added to guest registration pricing. In rare cases where an incorrect booking form is used or the applicable travel fee is not applied, the travel fee may be invoiced separately after booking review.

• Outside Service Area: Not serviced. If a booking is made with a location outside the service area, it will be canceled with a full refund.
