Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Refund Policy
For Host-Paid Parties

Host Cancellations
10+ days: Host may choose between a full refund (minus any transaction/processing fees), to reschedule, or to receive credit for use towards another event.
Less than 10 days: Payment is nonrefundable due to advance preparation and materials. Host may reschedule or receive credit for use towards another event.
Less than 24 hours: No refunds, rescheduling, or credit will be issued. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Operator Cancellations
If Spark Haven Studio cancels the event due to weather, operator illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, the host may choose between receiving a full refund, rescheduling, or receiving credit for use towards another event.
Rescheduling, Credits, & Other Changes
Only one free reschedule is allowed per event. Additional changes require a new booking.
Rescheduled events must occur or credit must be used within 6 months of the original cancellation date.
Participant spots can be added up to 10 days before the event, subject to availability and space, but cannot be reduced for a refund.
For Guest-Paid Parties

Guest Cancellations & Transfers
Individual registrations are final sale and nonrefundable. Guests who are unable to attend after registering may transfer their paid spot to another guest who meets the age requirement and completes a waiver at sparkhavenstudio.com/waiver.
Host Cancellations
10+ days: Host may reschedule with registered guests transferred to the new date. If host does not reschedule, registered guests will receive a full refund.
Less than 10 days: Rescheduling is not available. Registered guests will receive a full refund. If the host submits a new booking, guests must re-register for the new date.
Operator Cancellations
If Spark Haven Studio cancels the event due to weather, operator illness, insufficient number of paid spots, or other unforeseen circumstances, all registered guests will receive a full refund. The host may reschedule one time.
Rescheduling
Only one free reschedule is allowed per event. Additional changes require a new booking.
Rescheduled events must occur within 6 months of the original cancellation date.
